From the social bakery “LA FARINA NEL SACCO” (“The flavour in the sack”), developed by  we will bring special sweet grissini, produced by the project “LIBERA MENSA – Ristorante in carcere” (“free board – restaurant in prison”) into Vallette prison (Torino, Italy) with local stone-ground flour, extra-virgin olive oil, chocolate, brown sugar.
