Banna House is the 1st tea project in the Czech Republic specializing exclusively in teas from the twelve tea mountains in the Xishuangbanna region of Yunnan province, China. “Banna House” is a shortened name for the Xishuangbanna Dai Autonomous Prefecture (西双版纳), expressing deep respect for the local ethnic groups, which enable you to enjoy our delicious teas. Banna House was founded in 2022 and is led by certified tea master and local grower Shanshan Lin. Shanshan hails from the ancient tea mountain of Youleshan (攸乐山) and belongs to the Jinuo ethnic minority (基诺), one of thirteen ethnic minorities in the region. All our teas come from local ethnic farmers or close friends who own or work in tea factories. These teas typically do not leave the domestic market and are therefore a unique
experience for those who enjoy exploring.
