We will discover the history, traditional 闷黄 Men Huang (“sealed yellowing”) process, and the gentle, layered character that defines yellow tea.
Once favoured as imperial tribute tea, yellow tea remains one of China’s most limited and artisanal tea categories today due to its time-consuming craftsmanship and extremely low production.
